6,500 m² of office space in the 17th arrondissement of Paris is home to the 350 employees of OFI, a major player in asset management. This new space marries the company’s commitment to artistic patronage and its culture of efficiency and performance. W was tasked with designing the head office in the form of an art gallery. The facilities offer open-plan spaces intended for working in project teams, along with different types of meeting rooms: “quick”, “consulting” and “lounge”. A permanent art gallery and a temporary exhibition space were incorporated into the design, affirming this asset management player’s vocation as a patron of the arts.
